William Flinn, Managing Director, has 25 years of experience in investment banking. He joined Headwaters in 2017 to work with companies in the transportation and logistics sector.
For the past decade, William has been analyzing the railroad, global air freight, LTL and TL trucking, marine, 3PL and warehousing sectors. Mr. Flinn has been analyzing public transportation companies for a variety of large hedge funds stationed in New York City and Greenwich, CT. Prior to working as a transports analyst, William spent twelve years as a portfolio manager and TMT analyst for a large cap mutual fund manager and a hedge fund in Manhattan. William was trained by Jimmy Rogers, George Soros’ first analyst.
William earned a B.A. from Georgetown University – where he lettered in Crew and Lacrosse - and an MBA from Columbia University.
