Diane O’Connor joined Headwaters in 2010 from Axia Advisors, a middle market investment banking firm focused on industrial technology companies, where she provided analytical and research support to M&A and capital formation transactions. Before joining Axia in 2008, she spent over 10 years in operating roles at GE Plastics and healthcare consultancy CurranCare.

Ms. O’Connor earned a BS in General Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
