Brad Hall, Managing Director, joined Headwaters from Wolfjaw Capital, Inc. a merchant banking firm he founded in South Burlington, Vermont. He has a diverse background which includes experience in managing and operating businesses, private equity investing, investment banking and marketing.
Previously, Brad was a Managing Director at Citigroup (formerly the Geneva Companies, Inc.) from 1987-2005 where he had a lead advisory role regarding the sale or purchase of over 50 middle market U.S. companies (transactions valued between $10 and $200 million). He also led the evaluation process of hundreds of middle market companies.
Brad is also the lead investor in two current successful businesses, U.S. Paverscape LLC and Madhouse Munchies, Inc.
Brad received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Vermont.
