Jeff joined Headwaters from ClearCreek Partners, where he focused on institutional equity and debt capital formations for technology-based, high growth companies. Prior to that, Jeff held high level positions in corporate development at First Data Corp and Qwest Wireless. He began his career in corporate finance with Roth Capital Partners as an Equity Research Analyst covering Health Technology companies.
In addition to his civilian career, Jeff is a Major in the US Army Reserve as a Battle Command Staff Trainer and spent two years on active duty in support of the Overseas Contingency Operations.
Jeff has a MS in Finance from the University of Colorado, a BS from Colorado State University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
