Andy Paff, Managing Director, has spent the duration of his career building and advising high growth telecommunications companies. Andy joins Headwaters from Cedar Point Communications, a leading provider of carrier grade IP multimedia processing and application platforms, where he was President & CEO. In 2006, Andy won the prestigious MassNetComms award for CEO of the year. In 2007, Cedar Point was the #2 fastest growing company on Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 500 and Andy was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Andy serves on the Boards of Trustees for Hesser College & the Massachusetts Network Communications Council (MassNetComms).
He received his Bachelors degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MS degree from the University of Illinois.
