Brian Mulvaney, Managing Director, joined Headwaters from ISI Capital Partners, a middle market boutique investment bank. He has over fifteen years experience in the capital markets fields including broad experience in M&A, debt, equity and LBO financings. Prior to joining ISI Capital, he was employed at The Seidler Companies and Roth Capital Partners as a Managing Director in their Corporate Finance Groups. He has also worked in the senior debt and leveraged finance groups at First Union Securities (now Wells Fargo) and First Chicago (now JP Morgan Chase). Mr. Mulvaney is on the Board of Directors of Pre Beverage, Concept 7, The Eastbluff Foundation and the Orange County Lacrosse Association.
Mr. Mulvaney received his B.A. degree from the University of Vermont and his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
