Janson is Headwaters’ President and COO. He handles all administrative, legal and compliance matters and serves on the company’s Investment Banking Committee, approving all transactions firmwide.
On the banking side, he is active in telecommunications as well as gaming related transactions.
Janson brings twenty-five years of executive experience to the Headwaters management team. Previously, Janson served as the President and CEO of Camiant, a leading player in the Packet Cadble Multimedia broadband space. Janson and David Maney, Co-Founder of Headwaters MB, previously worked together when Janson was COO and then CEO of Maney's first company, Worldbridge Broadband Services Inc.
He is a graduate of Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH.
