Mark Guilford, Principal, has six years of investment banking experience, working extensively with both public and private company clients. He joined Headwaters from Roth Capital Partners, a full service investment bank located in Newport Beach, California, where he worked in the M&A and Corporate Finance departments.
At Headwaters, Mark has focused on junior and senior debt placements and sell-side assignments primarily in the consumer products, building products, and light manufacturing industries.
He is a graduate of the University of Colorado.
